Steve Plumb is a local runner and coach. With many years of experience, Steve has compiled these easy to follow running programs, modified to an eight week program which is all that’s left until the event.
If you wish to chat with a coach you can either get in contact with myself or Steve through the website and ramp up your training or change it to suit your personal needs.

They are truly group runs and nobody gets left behind. Most in the group also regularly run at Inverloch parkrun every Saturday morning at 8am (http://www.parkrun.com.au/inverloch/).
